Widyawan & Partners advises PT Pamapersada Nusantara on its acquisition of geothermal energy company PT Supreme Energy Rantau Dedap in Indonesia

Widyawan & Partners, alongside Linklaters’ Singapore office, advised PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA), a subsidiary under the Jardine Group, on its acquisition of shares in PT Supreme Energy Rantau Dedap (SERD), which owns and operates the Rantau Dedap geothermal power plant in South Sumatra, Indonesia. The transaction was completed on 15 March 2024.

The sales and purchase agreement to buy shares in SERD was signed via Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN), a company owned by PT United Tractors (UNTR) and PAMA.

The team was led by Senior Foreign Legal Advisor David Holme, with support from counsel Made Satwika. The team also previously advised PAMA on its acquisition of geothermal energy company PT Supreme Energy Sriwijaya in Indonesia.
