Yolanda Hutapea

Yolanda Ilona Rouli Hutapea obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum) in 1996 from Universitas Padjadjaran, where she majored in International Public Law and developed a strong interest in Aerospace Law about which she wrote her thesis.

After graduation, Yolanda joined Wiriadinata & Widyawan as an associate in 1997, before becoming a senior associate. In 2005, she joined Widyawan & Partners as a senior associate.

Yolanda has handled transactions involving general corporate matters (including capital investment issues), mergers & acquisitions in the telecommunications, oil and gas downstream, general mining, energy and broadcasting industries.

She is a member of AKHI (Indonesian Bar Association for Legal Consultants) and PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association), and speaks fluent English and Indonesian.
