Gatot Triprasetio

Gatot Triprasetio obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum) from Universitas Indonesia in 1988, where he continued his further education, majoring in Finance Management in the Faculty of Economics.

After graduating, Gatot worked for several private banks, starting his career as a legal officer and then becoming a senior manager of the legal and credit department of a prestigious private bank. He joined Wiriadinata & Widyawan as a Senior Associate in 1998, and was later appointed a partner at Wiriadinata & Widyawan. He is one of the founding partners of Widyawan & Partners.

As a partner, Gatot is responsible for the finance and banking practice of the firm, in addition to directly advising and assisting clients. His specialisations include banking, project finance, capital market, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and other general corporate transactions.

Gatot is a member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association), Asosiasi Konsultan Hukum Indonesia (Indonesian Bar Association for Legal Consultants), and Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal (HKHPM) (Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants).
