Sri Mustiko Bawono obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum) in 2001 from Universitas Indonesia, where he majored in economic law.

Sri joined Wiriadinata & Widyawan as an associate in 2002 before joining Widyawan & Partners in 2005.
